Refunds & Returns: Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item, size, or color, a new order must be placed.
Returns & Refund Eligibility: Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item received. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost. To qualify for a return, items must: Be unused, unworn, and unwashed, Be in original condition, include original packaging and Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be approved. The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: swimwear and bathing suits, digital or Downloadable products and Gift cards. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping: Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, Elite Chic Affordable Boutique LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier errors. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was sent incorrectly
